Shelby Tims currently serves as the Executive Director of Human Resources at Cityscape Schools. She began working with Cityscape Schools in 2016. She decided to join Cityscape Schools because she saw the growth potential and wanted to be a part of the mission and vision of the school district. Her prior experience was working in a Professional Staffing Agency in Downton Dallas. Shelby received a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management and a Master’s Degree in Strategic Management from UNT Dallas.

Shelby enjoys serving her church in the youth, children and worship ministry. She and her husband, Drew, enjoy traveling together and spending time with their families.
