Luis Hinojosa, Deputy Superintendent And Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Hinojosa has served as the Chief Financial Officer since 2017. As Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Hinojosa reports directly to the Superintendent and is the key individual responsible for the financial wellbeing and health of Cityscape Schools. He has also served as the Financial Controller at KIPP San Antonio and Somerset ISD. 

Prior to his career in education, Mr. Hinojosa held leadership roles in public accounting and investment banking with a specialization in mergers and acquisitions and technical valuation.  In 2012, Mr. Hinojosa completed his two-year service in the United States Peace Corps having served as a Teacher Educator in urban and rural Nicaragua. 

He holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with honors, from the University of Missouri.  Mr. Hinojosa is a Certified Fraud Examiner through the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
