Retention Bonus

Dear Cityscape employees,
These last two years have been both challenging and overwhelming for us all.  All your departments and teams have been pushed beyond their limits.  You have faithfully stayed the course working each day while continuing to accomplish amazing things regardless of the obstacles and challenges.  I am grateful to each of you for all you have done.

Cityscape’s decrease in enrollment and attendance rates has also been financially challenging this year, but regardless our greatest commodity and asset is you.  With that in mind, I am glad to announce a $1,500 retention bonus which will be paid in your September paycheck for all returning employees.  I know gas, food, rent, and utilities are rising.  This increase will help you adjust to the rising cost of living today.  This increase is for all of you in this email.

Also, Cityscape is increasing the bilingual teacher stipend to $9,000.  All current and future bilingual certified teachers will receive this increase in the 2022-2023 school year.
