TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Thank you for referring Cityscape Schools. In order to receive the incentive, the following terms and conditions must be met.

Referrer’s name must be included on the referral form at the time of submission and in the student’s official enrollment forms.
Referral form must be completed and submitted prior to or when student completes his/her enrollment (not after).
Referrals for children of a family currently enrolled in Cityscape do not qualify for the incentive.
All information will be verified by the Registration Office.
The referrer must present a photo I. D. when picking up the incentive.
Before the referrer receives the incentive, the referred student(s) must be completely enrolled and have attended Cityscape for a minimum of two weeks.
