Ms. Bell brings over seven years of experience in education and is passionate about creating a positive school culture where every student feels seen, supported, and challenged to reach their full potential. Throughout her career, she has served in a variety of instructional and leadership roles, always with a commitment to student success, strong relationships, and high-quality teaching and learning.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Ball State University and her Master of Science in Education from Johns Hopkins University. Her experience includes classroom teaching, instructional leadership, teacher coaching, data-driven decision making, and partnering with families to support student achievement.

Ms. Bell believes that the strongest schools are built through meaningful relationships between students, families, and staff. She is excited to become part of the Buckner Preparatory community and looks forward to working alongside families to help every student learn, grow, and succeed.
