Lina Alarcón, MBA is a bilingual educational leader and operations executive with more than 23 years of experience spanning classroom instruction, curriculum and bilingual education, campus leadership, and district operations. She specializes in operational excellence, school safety, facilities management, compliance, and strategic planning for K–12 schools.

As Director of Operations for Cityscape Schools, Lina leads districtwide operational initiatives that strengthen safety, improve efficiency, and support high-quality learning environments for students and staff. Her diverse background as an educator and administrator allows her to align operational decisions with instructional priorities and student success.

Lina holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA), a bachelor’s degree in Foreign Languages and Early Childhood Education, and a second bachelor’s degree in Bilingual Education. She is committed to building systems that empower educators, support students, and help organizations achieve lasting excellence.
