        • No false or misleading headers or subject lines.
        • Clear identification of messages as school-related communications.
        • Inclusion of our physical mailing address.

      • Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) (SMS and Phone Calls):
        • Prior express written consent is obtained for marketing text messages.
        • Transactional or emergency messages may be sent without marketing consent.

      • Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA):
        • Protects the privacy of student education records.
        • SMS or email messages containing information from student records comply with FERPA’s disclosure and consent requirements.

    • Consent: Consent to receive SMS or marketing communications is obtained explicitly through enrollment forms, online platforms, or consent forms. Consent includes a clear description of the types of messages to be received.

Every email and SMS message will provide a straightforward method for recipients to opt out of future messages. Opt-out requests will be processed promptly and effectively.
