Brock Boggs is the IT Director at Cityscape Schools and oversees the technology department as well as technology projects and initiatives for the school district. He joined Cityscape Schools in October of 2019 after hearing the Superintendent’s heart to provide a high-quality education to the community of East Dallas. Mr. Brannon’s desire to serve the local community inspired Brock to join the team, and he is forever grateful for the opportunity to work with all the amazing people at Cityscape Schools.
He has worked in charter schools for over twelve years in the IT field. Before arriving at Cityscape Schools, Brock worked for Life School in Dallas, Texas for 11 years. While at Life School, Brock learned what charter schools need from the technology team in order to best serve instruction at all levels. He has experience in professional development of staff and is also a certified trainer through Life School’s professional development program.
He has taught and trained school districts on many different software and soft skill development programs at both the local level in the Dallas area, as well as at TCEA SysAdmin conferences. He believes the key to success for the future of schools is collaboration among all teams in the school to best serve our staff and students while ensuring they are ready for everything the future may hold.
Brock has received a bachelor’s degree in church ministry and a Master’s degree in organizational leadership from Southwestern Assemblies of God University and is currently working on his IT Director’s certification from TCEA. He has been married since 2011 to his wife LeAnn and they have one cat named Valentine.
