FAQ | Food Service (Grab and Go)

Revised March 24, 2020

In association with district and campus leadership, Food Services is committed to offering meal service at no cost while Cityscape Schools remains closed.
Meals are available for all district students, as well as other children of our community, 18 years and younger.
Between Monday, March 23 and Thursday, March 26, both breakfast and lunch will be distributed once daily, between 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.  *Special note:  On Friday, March 27, we will be providing six meals for the weekend (to also be distributed between 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.)

Beginning Monday, March 30, meals will be distributed twice weekly:  every Monday and Thursday, between 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. This method of delivering meals (twice weekly) will continue while students are being educated remotely.

NEW UPDATE
According to the National School Program Lunch, we can only provide meals to cover the days we had planned to be open during the school year. For that reason, weekends and holidays will not be covered. We have 4 scheduled holidays for the reminder of the year: April 10, April 13, May 1 and 25.

The service times may be shortened if all food is distributed as meals will be available while supplies last. Like many schools districts in Texas, starting April 15 meals will be distributed every Wednesday between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m.

In the following table you can see the dates that we will be providing meals, as well as the number of meals that we will deliver
