Nasa Story 1

At Houston we had a great time. We went to Kemah Boardwalk, Nasa Johnson Space Center, and we went on a dolphin watch.

On Wednesday, we woke up at 7A.M. and went down to get breakfast. The breakfast at the hotel was very, very good. Next, we went to change into our uniform to go to NASA when we got to NASA, the first section we saw was the moon section. I learned that the moon has a lot of craters caused by asteroids and other things. Then, we saw so many other sections. My favorite part was being able to take a tour of an airplane. Astronauts have thousands of buttons, but never use all of them, just in emergencies. We then drove straight to go see dolphins and see other important buildings. Something I learned was that the dolphins were called bottlenosed dolphins.

The next morning we went to breakfast. After going to breakfast, we packed our bags and headed down to the bus. We got into the bus and our first stop was the Sam Houston Museum. I learned that the statue is 77 feet tall, and many other things.

It was a really great trip. I will always remember this field trip to Houston and Galveston.
